Trump Threatens to Raise Tariffs if China Talks Fail

Trump agreed not increase tariff rates until he is done completing trade talks with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping. The talks will continue for a period of 90 days and if they do not end up at a point that is acceptable then trade tariffs would be revised and most probably increased.
