Meng Wanzhou daughter of Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei and chief financial officer of the huge Chinese tech company was arrested on December 1 at airport in Canada. According to Huawei their CFO is facing unspecified charges in a district of New York. The Canadian Justice Department is not permitted to share the details of the case with but it is probable that Huawei might have violated US sanctions on Iran. Read more here.
