With a full new generation of vehicles coming out, Audi has announced design updates for their upcoming models they are releasing. Many models are receiving improvements, an enhanced base set of standard features, new and updated design elements, and more! Most impressive is the integration of modern technology within each Audi vehicle, especially when applied to safety and convenience while driving. With some help from Audi Gainesville (FL), here are some of highlights from Audi’s announcement!
2020 Audi A6 Models
The Audi A6 integrates technology to further enhance the safety by integrating even more driver’s assist features and features throughout the trim models. With the A6 Premium trim, we see lane departure warning, automatic high-beams, auto-dimming side mirrors that can fold and be heated electronically, lane-departure warning, and a security alarm with vehicle immobilizer come standard. The A6 also sees a new optional Executive package that brings in four-zone automatic temperature control, ventilated front seating, heated rear seating, a powered liftgate, and more!
2020 Audi A8 Models
This sedan has been a staple of Audi’s lineup and re-enters the scene with additional core features and safety technology added-in. Coming standard on all models are features such as lane departure warning, motion sensor activated vehicle alarm system, an Audi based virtual cockpit and more. The Executive package (as seen with the 2020 Audi A6) also comes into the 2020 A8 but also including an exclusive multicolor ambient LED lighting.
2020 Audi Q5 Models
The Q5 established itself as a top-tier SUV, topping the charts by many reviewers as well as becoming a best-seller SUV on the market. Audi brings back this top model for another year with additional features and packages. Added in the Premium trim as well as Premium Plus trim are newly redesigned wheels that are equipped with all-season tires as well as convenient automatic high beams. We also see a number of optional packages such as the Driver Assistance package that brings in adaptive cruise control that now accounts for traffic-jams, an automated lane assist system, and more. The Q5 can also come optional with the Convenience Plus package that works with your devices to enhance their performance offering features such as a wireless charging dock, exterior acoustic-based sensors that assist with parking, and a smartphone connection booster while connected to the Audi infotainment system.
2020 Audi R8 Models
The 2020 R8 is entering the roadways bringing back the V10 Coupe and Spyder models as a commercial sporty car offering high-end performance and upgraded design. Each R8 vehicle that Audi is bringing to the roadways will now all be benchmarked to hit a top track speed of at least 200 mph. The exterior design receives some tuning as well, toting a new honeycomb-patterned grille, updated front spoiler lip, new air intakes/outlets that draw air through the car’s systems, oval-shaped exhaust design, and a different rear diffuser. Performance standards reach new heights, with buffed powertrain outputs of the V10 and fast acceleration with the S tronic dual-clutch transmission that works with seven different gear settings that shift in as little as 120 milliseconds. Each model within the R8 lineup also offers different colors and styling touches that are unique to the 2020 release.
Audi brings in a great number of newly updated models, that all integrate more technology and updated systems to enhance the driving experience of each vehicle. The additional optional packages included with each model further expand Audi’s deep customization that has been offered with its vehicles. We also see that other models received updates including the 2020 Audi A3, A7, and Q8 models.
