According to the National Cancer Institute, alcohol consumption is associated with the development of numerous cancers including, head, neck, liver, breast, and colorectal. The more you drink, the higher the risk of suffering from these cancers. Eliminating alcohol from your diet will better the future if your health.

Drinking regularly, even small quantities can lead to alcoholism and dependency on alcohol. Casual drinking can quickly get out of hand especially if your family has a history of addiction. You need to learn how to stop drinking to avoid future health, psychological, and social problems.
